AHBL has extensive experience updating Shoreline Master Programs under the 2003 Department of Ecology guidelines.We have prepared shoreline master programs and regulations, administered shoreline programs, and assisted public and private sector clients in obtaining substantial development permits through the state and local approval processes. This perspective allows us to evaluate the practical application of the codes and policies we develop within the context of the County’s Comprehensive Plan and Development Code.
