Since 1993, AHBL has been a regional leader in the application of sustainability principles to the built and natural environments. We actively promote sustainability and have given over 50 Low Impact Development (LID) educational presentations to various audiences from a GreenBuild International Conference to state agencies and local municipalities. Our expertise includes community goal setting and strategic planning of sustainable community systems, sustainable master site planning, the design and engineering of projects following LID/LEEDŽ standards, and the integration of LID Best Management Practices into local codes and ordinances.
