Upon hiring, you will join our in-house mentorship program called Connection Crew, which connects you with a team member from another discipline. Additional mentoring will be provided from within your team to help you develop your skills internally and to assist you with learning the ropes at AHBL.
Twice a year AHBL recognizes both group projects and individual accomplishments at our all-staff meeting. We also recognize long-term service and two outstanding individual contributors during these gatherings, fostering a culture of appreciation and recognition. Employees can also nominate their peers for they monthly recognition award for individuals who demonstrate our core values and go above and beyond their normal duties.
